Return and Refund Policy
MERCHANDISE AND TOYS
Orders can be returned within 5 days of receiving your order. We will gladly accept unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within this time frame. Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued!
ABA SOURCE is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.
Customers will be responsible for return shipments & costs.
To return an item:
Send an email to info@abasource.com with your reason for the return. Be sure to include the tracking information for the item. If the item is received in new condition, your money will be refunded within 7-10 business days. Otherwise, the item will be sent back to you and no refund will be given.
DIGITAL RESOURCES
All digital resources such as (but are not limited to) learning PDFs, mock exams, or online courses are final sale upon purchase no exceptions.
COMPLETE RBT CERTIFICATION COURSE
All trainees are given a 7 day grace period beginning the day of the purchase to receive a full refund. After 7 days there are no refunds.
RBT CHALLENGE
There are no refunds on our RBT Challenge, all purchases are final.
